Duties & Responsibilities: 

• Perform general accounting duties responsible for master subsidiary ledgers
  
• Calculate plus check work sheets preparatory to closing general ledger post & balance general ledger reconcile general ledger accounts 
  
• Assist company review tax returns, review tax issues
• Analyze financial data as well as prepare various managerial reports forecasting, present analysis to management in analyzing accounting reports
  
• Reconcile multiple companies' financial statements,
  
• Perform internal audit work
  
• Support managerial financial software IT needs  
• Other responsibilities and other requests as assigned.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
  
• Excellent computer skills with strong proficiency in Windows Office Software and Quickbooks
  
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail; skilled in time, priority and task management; strong problem solving skills
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills with ability to convey a professional image and handle confidential information
  
• Able to multitask and work in a team environment
